Durability

Sculptures created by Bergen's Studio are cast in silicon bronze. This material is able to endure for thousands of years. Because of the durable and impervious characteristics of silicon bronze, it is practically indestructible and therefore not easily vandalized.

Maintenance

A natural finished bronze requires little or no maintenance, an occasional washing with water and a coat of Johnson's paste wax is usually all that is required. Left alone, bronze will eventually turn brown and over a longer period of time achieve its own natural patina of copper oxide green.

Bases

The base for a bronze structure is provided by the buyer. Bergen's will design and supply working drawings for the base construction.

Funding

Bergen's will assist the buyer in funding the sculpture project by providing ideas and articles, such as engraved bricks, limited edition drawings, replica sculptures and other various for sale objects suitable for fund raising. Prices for various fund raising items are available upon request.
